Before you write, check the FAQ, the day-trip order, and the ferry notes. Many questions are already answered there with the first sentence you can cite. If you spotted a factual error — a misspelled Traditional Owner name, a dead official link, a walk we described that Parks has since closed — we want that email.

We do not publish live prices, operator league tables, or “best Daintree tour” lists. Please do not ask us to. Please do not send payment details. This is not a booking channel and it is not affiliated with Queensland Parks, the Wet Tropics Management Authority, Douglas Shire, Mossman Gorge Centre, or any lodge named on historic URLs unless a page says so explicitly.

Useful emails look like this: a dead official link on a named URL, a walk Queensland Parks has closed that we still describe as open, a misspelled language word, or a historic alias that 404s instead of 301ing. Less useful emails look like this: “what is the best tour this Saturday,” “can you hold two seats,” or “please post our operator as number one.” We will not do those things. We may point you at the hub that explains the choice.

If you represent an agency or Traditional Owner organisation and a page gets a name, joint-management fact or access rule wrong, write. Accuracy on country is not a branding exercise. If you represent a lodge named on a 2006 alias, we can correct a trading-name note; we still will not take a booking or reprint a room rate.
