The open waters, creeks and deep channels of the Cairns Estuary System are a paradise for anglers and fishermen alike. Cairns-Trinity Inlet is a State Marine Park, this natural habitat has numerous deep holes, mudflats, snags, and drop-offs making it a great location to catch a variety of fish species. The Cairns Estuary area has over 100kms of waterways just at our backdoor, so let us show you our backyard.

Common species of fish caught when Fishing in Cairns Inlet are Fingermark, Mangrove Jack, Estuary Cod, Grunter (Javelin Fish), Salmon, Queen Fish (Queenies), GT's (Trevally), Thread Fin Salmon, Bream, Mud Crabs and 'Every Cairns fishermans dream' ... AFTERNOON 1.30pm to 6.00pm:
Costing $80.00 per person

FULL DAY 7.30am to 12.00pm then 1.30pm to 6.00pm – Costing $150.00 per person. Please note there is *no lunch supplied on this charter.

River Fishing Share Charter
Pick-up is around 7.00am (depending on location), to which we transport everything including the boat & trailer, the rods & PENN reels, all the bait & tackle, cool & hot drinks, morning & afternoon tea and your experienced fishing guide to the River. Selection of fishing spots are decided depending on tides and their movements, and target species (suggestions are welcome). Drop off is generally around 5.30pm. We take a maximum of six people to the river for a GREAT CAIRNS FISHING ADVENTURE.
Costing is $160.00 per person.

Commonly, the River Charters can yield a bonanza of Barramundi, Queen Fish (Queenies), Grunter (Javelin Fish), GT's (Trevally), Salmon - King & Blue, Mangrove Jack as well as Fingermark, etc in the saltwater to the fresh water species of Jungle Perch & Black Bream.

Full day of River Fishing - Private Charters
Conducted on the Russell/Mulgrave Rivers (app. 40kms South of Cairns) or on the Daintree River (30kms North of Port Douglas) with multi-fishing spots, there is a multitude of fish species to catch. Whether it is a day of lure fishing, fly-fishing or live-bait fishing or trolling or a combination of all four, we are very flexible!

A private charter can be just one person wanting one-on-one tuition to a group of mates (males and/or females) out for the day; the day is tailored to your fishing needs & wants including target species FOR A GREAT CAIRNS FISHING ADVENTURE.

We supply on all our charters all rods & PENN reels, all bait, tackle, lures & fly gear plus cool & hot drinks, morning tea, a delicious lunch, afternoon tea plus transfers to and from the river for a GREAT CAIRNS FISHING ADVENTURE. Don't forget your camera for capturing that special moment. To really enhance the day, a few beers or a bottle of wine are a great treat.
